Thank you to Produce X 101, I find Cho Seungyoun aka WOODZ aka Luizy or whatever name he's calling himself as. I remember stanning him when he debuted under UNIQ because I literally played EOEO every single day and then I don't follow them up since then. Disappointing...
I recognize him as Cho Seungyoun was up until his Yes or No performance because I saw someone tweeting something about Seungyoun and UNIQ and I was like? Shit? This PDX101 Seungyoun is UNIQ's Seungyoun? [spits] Damn it.
I heard that he used to train to be a professional football player, that's why he used to live in Brazil and Philliphines? And he used to live in U.S too! Maybe this explains a lot about how he's good at Portuguese. But years later he came back to South Korea (or China? Idk) to pursue his dream as an idol. Cho Seungyoun if you read this post, please correct me if I'm wrong.
He debuted under UNIQ in 2014, joined Show Me The Money 5 and then debuted as Luizy, a soloist rapper that later released a song called Recipe featuring Flowsik. YES THAT MF FLOWSIK. After that he debuted as a soloist singer slash producer called WOODZ. He also made a group with his friends and named it M.O.L.A, consists of him, Nathan, 15&'s Park Jimin (Jamie), Pentagon's Kino, and Seventeen's Vernon. Imagine being in a group with a bunch of talented people.
To know that he joins Produce X 101 and has to start from zero makes me so emotional. It has the same energy with me knowing Minhyun, Dongho, Jonghyun, and Minki were joining Produce 101 Season 2. It's heartbreaking.
But at the same time, it's really giving him so much benefits! I hope he will get so much recognition he deserves and I really wish he can make it to Produce X 101's final line up. I hope koreans realize how talented Seungyoun is. People sleep on him for too long (including me, DAMN IT) and now it's time for him to sit on that PDX101 sofa. Amen.
