Meet the Jablonickys!

Ahoj! I just want to tell you that ahoj means hello in Czech language.
Living in different place and different culture means you have to adapt with the environment including memorizing some words and sentences from their language so you can communicate with people easily. In addition, they will respect you because you have tried to learn their language which is pretty touching for most of them. Like example, I learned some Czech, Chinese, Vietnamese, Turkish, and Georgian basic words like good morning or maybe just hello.  They will definitely love it when you greet them with their language :)

Okay, so now I want to write about one of my host-brothers from Czech Republic, because he deserves to be in this blog. Him, and his family.

Meet this 17 years old boy from Dolni Vestonice, Jakub Jablonicky! (Yakub Yablonicky in Czech)
I live with Jablonicky fam in the first week of teaching. It consists of 4 members, Dad, Mom, Jakub, and Natalie. Natalie is his sister and she is literally having the same height like me. I feel so intimidated, haha kidding. So....I sleep in Jakub's bedroom while he sleeps in the living room (I'm sorry Jakub!). Jakub has a dog named Nela, a cat named Betina, and a snake named Snaky. I repeat, he has a snake. Oh and also he has some rabbits and they are all so huge.

Nela is so huge I'm afraid.

The rabbit is also so huge. Say hi to Dad!

Living together with this family is such a memorable moment to cherish (what the hell Nuha get a hold of yourself, please). But seriously, they are all so kind. They always give me foods and ice cream. I love foods. I love ice cream.
They always ask me whether I need something or maybe just "Nuha, how was your day?"
The Mom always opened the Czech-English dictionary first before talking to me. It was super cute. And she also showed me some pictures of their family. Natalie, she loves PC game so much. Her bedroom screams pink everywhere, and I love to drop by her room just to say hello or just laying on her bed watching her playing PC game.
Jakub is a shy boy, he talks English fine but he always said to me, "Nuha I'm sorry if I can't talk to you a lot because my English is so bad." Aww. So cute. No Jakub, you speak well.
I went to school everyday with him using bus, and he would always accompany me when me and the other EPs have activities after school. Sometimes I'm waiting for him because he had dance practive to attend, yes, he is a dancer. He dances!

Do I look like his stalker yet? No camera allowed!

This is Jakub my room for the first week. It's so cool, man.

Dance practice :)

After dance practice yo!

I miss these talented guys so much.

"I'm eating my oranges, no camera please."

This could be us but I'm not in this picture.

One fine lunch in Jablonicky house.

<33333

Don't say goodbye, but say see you one day!

I will never forget at that time I have to say goodbye to this family. Jakub was suddenly hugging me and crying. Everyone including my team was so shocked because Jakub was crying. I hate this train station. I will come back again one day. It's one of my life resolutions now.
